Description
The beautiful, sunny and lovingly furnished flat for 1-5 people is located on the ground floor of the historic Engadine house. The veranda impresses with a large living/dining room with integrated, modernly equipped kitchen including cooker, extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, crockery and cutlery. Of course, you will also find a raclette and fondue set for cozy evenings.
The veranda has two cosy bedrooms, each with a double bed. It is possible to book an extra bed for an additional person.
A modern bathroom with bathtub and washbasin as well as a separate WC complete the flat.
Even in icy cold temperatures, the veranda delights with its many windows, which give you the feeling of sitting outside in the sunshine, except that it is cosy and warm here. A small staircase gives you direct access to the 1000m2 garden with barbecue area, swing and sandpit.
Cross-country ski trail and bus stop directly in front of the house - shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.

The Chesa Strimer has 2 free parking spaces in front of the house, which cannot be reserved, and two bookable parking spaces in an underground car park 100 metres from the house. It is also possible to park free of charge in the public car park behind the garden in the blue zone. It is not necessary to move the vehicle each time.

Loved the Veranda apartment, very bright, well laid out, everything you need. Perfect for onetwo couples (there are two spacious double bedrooms)for a family. La Punt is really pretty and conveniently located for going pretty much anywhere in the valsee more

La Punt is really pretty and conveniently located for going pretty much anywhere in the valley (I was there in the winter and skied everywhere). Seraina is super helpful, instructions are clear and easy, and she is very friendly and responsive. Overall, could have not asked better, I will be back for sure!! Thank you Seraina!

Serainas Wohnung ist im alten Familien-Engadinerhaus, im Parterre mit geschlossener, fensterreicher Veranda. Fein renoviert und geschmackvoll ausgestattet für 4 Personen. Küche gut eingerichtet, Lage in Chamuech mit Volg/Beck fussläufig erreichbar, Bus hinter dem Haus, Toller Garten mit Spielsachen und Grillstelle. Blitzsauber und guter Kontakt, problemloser check in.
