The beautiful, sunny and lovingly furnished apartment for 1-5 people is located on the second floor of the historic Engadine house. The Terrassa impresses with a charming living/dining room with integrated, modernly equipped kitchen including stove, oven, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, crockery and cutlery. Of course, you will also find a raclette and fondue set for cozy evenings.
The highlight is certainly the sunny and spacious south-facing balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains. The Terrassa has two cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is the possibility of an extra bed for an additional person. A modern bathroom with shower WC and washbasin, and a separate WC, renovated in December 2023 complete the apartment. All apartments have free use of the 1000m2 garden with barbecue area, swing and sandpit.
Cross-country ski trail and bus stop directly in front of the house - shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.

A modern bathroom with bathtub and washbasin as well as a separate WC complete the flat. Even in icy cold temperatures, the veranda delights with its many windows, which give you the feeling of sitting outside in the sunshine, except that it is cosy and warm here. Alles prima. Sehr Schöne Wohnung in einem alten Haus. trotzdem modern. An Einrichtung war alles vorhanden.
Positiv waren auch die zwei getrennten WC's, nicht gewöhnlich für eine Wohnung in der Größe.

we were only staying for 3 days. The apartment is nicely furnished, in a great location within easy driving distance to the ski areas. Free parking without problems right behind the house. There is a small bakery and shop in the village. The owner issee more
