Description
The charming Engadine-style bijou for 1-6 people, lovingly renovated in 2024, is located on the first floor of the historic Engadine house. The Stüva Sur enchants with its large, open-plan living room with integrated kitchen and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen has an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, extractor fan and a large fridge with freezer compartment, crockery and cutlery. Of course, you will also find a raclette and fondue set for cozy evenings.
The Stüva Sur has 2 bedrooms with beautiful and typical Engadine Swiss stone pine panelling from great-grandfather's time. One bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, one bedroom with two single beds. It is possible to book an extra bed for an additional person.
A modern renovated bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC complete the flat.
All flats have free use of the 1000m2 garden with barbecue area, swing and sandpit.
Cross-country ski trail and public transport directly in front of the house as well as shopping facilities within walking distance.

The Chesa Strimer has 2 free parking spaces in front of the house, which cannot be reserved, and two bookable parking spaces in an underground car park 100 metres from the house. It is also possible to park free of charge in the public car park behind the garden in the blue zone. It is not necessary to move the vehicle each time.
